Firstly, V day is still over rated. It must be some sort of marketing scheme which people can legally selling roses are 4 times the normal rate, restaurant coming out with ridiculous menu for the couples. And no, I am not being bitter, in fact, although I am single, I celebrated it with some other single female. And heck, the restaurant we have eaten even give a complementary rose! Ha! Bet you pitiful BFs got forced into getting a bouquet for flower felt the pain in the wallet. Secondly, Pink Panther 2 is fail. Utter rubbish. Don't waste your time, money and brain cells. I don't usually complain about how good or bad a movie is, but this time I really have to. It is way worse than you don't mess with the zohan. That is how bad. Thirdly, I am addicted to 方大同's song. It is made of win. Labels: El Geeko, festive, whine tasting Sunday, January 25, 2009, 10:22 pm

Fuck la, sweet and short? fucking year of the rat seriously pest me to no end. The hairy rodent rot two of my treasured love relationship, screwing me up in work with unlimited amount of nonsense huge ass trouble and almost got my brain blow up and many more smelly moment. Not that I am blaming about my whole life into this rat, but my luck smells as bad as the sewage this year. At almost the end of his reign of terror, while I was happily looking forward for the year of the bullish ox, he even try hard to chew down my curtain in my room. wtf. Before, or rather, normal time (taken after I fix the rat shit): And look what this piece of filthy rodent had done. Labels: festive, post+1 braincell -1 Friday, October 31, 2008, 11:00 pm

It is the Halloween again!! woohoo!Nightmare before Christmas is one of my all time fav. <3 And I came across a few cover version of the original track by groups like Panic! at the disco, Marilyn Manson and Fall out boys. Below are the comparison of versions by them, seriously, try out Marilyn's. His version is so uber pwnage. The good old version The very gentlemen version by Panic! at the disco And as I said earlier, Marilyn Manson's. What's this, a song Jack sang when he entered Christmas Town, old version. And a punk-ed FOB version. Oh yea, when I mean nightmare ahead, I meant youtube whoring and 56k nightmare :D Happy Halloween. Labels: El Geeko, festive, uTube Tuesday, September 25, 2007, 11:06 pm
Happy Mid Autumn Fest, the only time in the year which I can ignorantly indulge in mooncake (with yolk) and telling myself drinking chinese tea will wash down the fat. p/s Let me be, living in denial for a day. I will be a happier man. p/p/s Seriously, why not grab a bite, it's sweet. =D Labels: festive Thursday, August 30, 2007, 10:11 pm
...because I love my homeland.Let it be a nation where some body said you are not patriotic by not sticking a fucking Rm3 flag on your car (and let it drop and ran over by cars, lorries and motorcycles). Let it be a nation where they screw up someone for voicing out disappointment with the current education system using modified National anthem. The emphasize so much on the usage of national anthem, and totally ignore the lyrics, ignorantly... great. Let it be a nation where police prefer to spend forces hunting down bloggers for defaming rather than fighting increasing crime rates for robbing, raping, killing. Let it be a nation where people will know election is coming when the roads started to get repaired. Let it be a nation where they prefer traffic police to set up in the middle of the highways in the middle of the day rather than keeping an eye of the speeding buses at the wee hours of the night. Let it be a nation where they prefer to make everything lame and meaningless just to break world records. Let it be a nation where highly racist jerks yelling other races to leave the country if they don't like the way that jerk rules the certain place. Let it be anything bad, but deep in me, I still have faith for this nation to be great for this is my homeland, my country, my pride. Dear Malaysia, happy 50th birthday. I love you. The long break at the comfort of home is over, the new year for a different calender is half over, the spirit of anti working is never over, but well, tomorrow is working day, how am I gonna drag myself up the bed? Yes, CNY, the chinese new year, also know as lunar new year, the spring festival. What about the nightmare month before the CNY? The CNY song I say. The LALAFIED CNY song. Gosh, imagine those traditional peaceful chinese new year songs being mixed into technos and trance and hip hop. Yuck x3. Refrain myself from walking to CD section or CD store in most of the malls. Rock Corner and Tower Records is still free from the devastating infection. /help Labels: festive, whine tasting Monday, December 25, 2006, 1:53 pm

Well, haven't been blogging for a long time. Mainly, because I am lazy :DSo, what have you done over the past Deepavali, Hari Raya holiday period? Since my boss is kind enough to push a force leave for the whole company, I got a 5 days break from work. How lovely can that be? So, me and my darling went on a trip to the Malaysia history town, Melacca (or Melaka in Malay for you dumbfucks that don't know that in English). Beautifully, we booked a hotel right in the heart of Malacca. The hotel is just ONE street away from Jonker Walk. Yummy. ![]() Day 1, we reached there early. So we talk an afternoon walk around the Jonker Street and enjoy the wonderful view of the antique shops, roadside stalls and tourist traps. Had some Nyonya style lunch, along with the Gula Melaka flooded Cendol, yummy. However, the hot hot sun is really killing us. Thank god for the invention of umbrella. :P We also walked further up to the red house for a few shots. But due to the scary sun, we retreat back to the comfort of air-conditioned hotel rooms. The dinner was good. I drove my darling to the Satay Celop Jeffrey brought me there a few months back. She was so indulged in the food, serious, imagine doing Lok Lok in Satay sauce instead of the regular MSG loaded soup. That is simply good, but too bad for me tho, the sauce is so freaking spicy, it burns my tongue. After that, we had a small window shopping trip in the newly opened Hero's Square (or however that is spelled). The place is fantastic, new, cold and wide. The follow morning, we woke up early, had another Nyonya style breakfast, then the famour o' Melaka Chicken Ball Rice. I wonder is it me or the place, the meal sucks. But well, at least I tried it. After visiting St Paul's Catheral and the A'Famosa Fort, we left home back to the city of KL again. Overall a fun trip, minus the bleeding in my wallet, and the tanned skin. Want to know how bad it is, take a look at the pic below then. ![]() OMG, there is a lighten part on my skin wear I where my ring!!1!11!1oneone!eleven. This is how bad I am toasted! Well, you see, the Mid Autumn Festival is close by, you see moon cakes everywhere. There are a bajillion brands, from different bakery and restaurant and everyone have different opinion on which brand is better. Moon cake's origin is a boring story. Let's skip that. I'm here to talk about how to make moon cake yourself. Giving you an extra boost in your give for this mid autumn festival. Instead of "Oh I bought this fucking expensive mooncake from (insert_bakery_name_here) for you. Enjoy it," you got the power to say, "I personally make these sets of moon cake for you with my heart, you better enjoy it!! *grin*" This move also adds 72 points of positive affinity points towards your love one(s). Oh yea, before we start, click here for a picture of what a good mooncake looks like... ------------ Ingredient needed for the mooncake (icy cold skin variety): -The Skin of the mooncake, made of various ingredient I dont know. ![]() -The paste, the sun flower seeds, the scale (paste, anything you like, in this case in the photo, its lotus paste with green pandan colouring, lotus seed, the red bean, chocolate or whatever paste is alright as long as you dare to eat it). ![]() -The mold, a shape of a mooncake prefered. Of course, you can try using those sunflower, dolphin, penguin, fruit shape molds for ice cubes too. ![]() -A roller to flatten things, the things you see in various childhood cartoon where housewife use it to chase and run after someone and hit the poor thing with, that, the weapon the housewife is using. ![]() -Lots of modified edible starchs. -A pair of hands, common sense and sense of creativity. But where to get all those supplies above? Bakery store, duh! To make a 180g icy skin mooncake variant. 1. Firstly, weight 70g of Mooncake skin paste, then roll it into a ball, then flatten it into the size of about your palm, make sure the skin is thin but not easily tear. Ah, make sure you do this on a floured surface so the paste doesnt stick on the surface you work on. Common sense friend, common sense. Ah, also, wash your hand before you start. Common sense :D 2. Weight 110g of filling paste and roll it into a ball. 3. Flour the mold so the mold will be coated with it and the paste with not stick in them. 4. Put the filling paste in the middle of the skin paste and wrap the filling, slowly and make sure you dont tear the skin. If you do this wrongly, the whole thing will be gone case. 5. After having the ball of skin wraped filling ball of paste, stick it into the floured mold that is prepared earlier. Whack it hard, yet gently so the ball of paste will stick into every corner of the mold, tracing its shape. Be gently enough not to break the skin. 6. After the paste is nicely shaped into the mold, now whack the mold hard so the moon cake come out evenly so it doesnt go out of shape when it came out. 7. Ta da! Mooncake done. Blow off the flour, put in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight. best serve chill with hot chinese tea. Alternatively, 8-10 degree celcius Chardonnay/Rose wine, or 5 degree celcius Champaign/Sparkling wine/ice wine. ------ Here is some samples of what Lord Sendo the Great has done. One of them, as you can see, is a gone case since the skin is tear on the side due to unevenly exit. Poor thing, but who cares, they are gonna end up in Sendo's stomuch anyway. ![]() *remark, the link is for my personal amusement and gaming experience. Many sorry for if you are not interested, and many thanks if u join the game as well. :D Currently listning to: Me and the Moon - Something Corporate Labels: festive Tuesday, August 22, 2006, 9:17 am
Well, Malaysia's independent's day is coming.Lets talk about this lovely land of pirates. Firstly, our national flag, ![]() Compare this to the state's flag, isnt that pretty similar? ![]() ------- Next, our National Anthem Malaysia's national anthem is called "Negaraku" but compare that to the song title: Mamula Moon. Artist: Felix Mendelssohn & His Hawaiian Serenaders, you will notice they are the same... well, we are the nation of pirate. What else can you say. *here is a sample at this friend's site. http://www.aethelfrith.com/wp15/?p=24* ------- Cars... way too many copied model to count on. (old) Proton Satra = Mitsubishi Mirage hatch back Proton Putra (production stopped) = Mitsubishi Lancer 2 door version Perodua Kancil = Daihatsu Mira Perodua Kenari = Daihatsu Move Naza Karnival = Kia Carnival Inokom Atos = Hyundai Atos and so on so on... countlessly shameless imitation. ------ VCD DVD Audio CD Just go to any shopping mall, pasar malam and roadside restaurant... you can get CD with more tracks than original version at a lower rate!!! How good can that be! Malaysia truly Pirate :D Currently listning to: None Labels: festive, whine tasting |
