Serious, I think I am infected with monday blue symdrome too. Monday seriously sucks. Gotta look at the face of (from today on, I just refer him to Mr Who for my own reference) Mr Who again. Lets talk a little about him, at least let me whine before I go to bed and suffer tomorrow. Generally, Mr Who, is well, he is a manipulative, calculative stingy fellow. He counts every single cent and credit them into your account for his own company sake. Sending his mininumly paid slave to seminars, and require them to pay for half the tuition fees. And that is so call company trainig, therefore, the victim gotta present the whole freaking seminar to the company, and not getting paid. In simple words, he is paying only half the tuition fees for the seminar and manage to use that poor victim to educate the whole company. I know of a few of my colleagues. Some are highly efficient, able to do all her paper works can complete, so she can leave the office and go home early. All she got was a pathetic "She is not a dedicated staff." Here is another case, some really dedicated staff. Although they are not getting paid for OT, they are willing to work till 8, 9pm for the sake of company. However, how good can you feel if at the end of the month, all you get is a fucking "Working long hours doesnt mean anything. It can mean you are inefficient and lack of time management." Great...how great... Time to consider a new job before getting more sticks up my own ass. Currently listning to: Bittersweet symphony - verve pipe
